i used ckt on bread board and measured on dso …the output experienced only 800mv ac part of 40mhz although other part was dc part of close to 4v . i used Vcc of 5v . what I would like is atleast 4v peak to peak as well as 9v peak to peak if Vcc is 9V …waiting for swift replyIt works by using a quartz crystal to control the oscillation frequency
